Services
Harbour Therapy provides individual play therapy for children aged 3–13, as well as parent consultations, school liaison and reviews in Thanet and surrounding areas.

A safe space for children
Play Therapy is a therapeutic intervention to support children’s wellbeing. Whether your child is facing anxiety, past trauma, bereavement, school worries, or big transitions, play therapy offers a gentle, evidence based way to process experiences and restore emotional balance. Play therapy can be arranged at the child’s school or in a safe, private therapy space.
About
Supporting children through play
At Harbour Therapy, sessions are child led and non directive, allowing children to communicate through play, build resilience and make sense of big feelings at their own pace.

Parent Group Therapy
“As a mum of a SEN child, I was floundering with how to help him manage relationships without distress. There isn’t much support available, and your play therapy has been a lifeline for our family. Our son has improved so much we were able to go on a family holiday. Play therapy is underrated, really works, and has been incredibly valuable for us.”
